EPOG-DN: the fourth project workshop in Pisa, from 3 to 6 February 2026
The fourth EPOG-DN workshop will take place in Pisa from 3 to 6 February 2026 and will bring together PhD candidates, supervisors and researchers involved in the Economic Policies for the Global Bifurcation project.
The workshop is a key step in the doctoral programme and is dedicated to the discussion of interim research results and to collective exchange across the different work packages.
The programme combines training activities, academic presentations and peer learning sessions. Parallel sessions are designed as spaces for in-depth discussion, where each contribution is examined with the support of designated discussants and through structured dialogue with other participants. In addition to individual research presentations, the workshop includes collective readings and shared reflections on the theoretical and methodological frameworks of the project.
The workshop also features sessions with external partners and stakeholders, aiming to connect academic research with concrete challenges related to economic policies, ecological transition and ongoing social transformations.
Overall, the event provides a shared working space that fosters knowledge exchange, strengthens the research community and supports the development of common perspectives within the EPOG-DN network.
