WISER Conference 2025: research, sustainability and the future

Last July, during the Annual Conference hosted by the University of Luxembourg, researchers from all over Europe gathered for a WISER meeting full of insights and collaboration.

Throughout the sessions, studies and research were presented on crucial topics such as economic growth and sustainability, social capital, subjective wellbeing, and quality governance. Among the most anticipated contributions, Simone D’Alessandro presented the Eurogreen model, an innovative tool to analyze the connections between economy, wellbeing, and ecological transition. His talk generated great interest and stimulated lively debate among participants.

The event was marked by an intense exchange of ideas, a strong collaborative spirit, and a shared commitment to advancing WISER Horizon research.
