Macroeconomic Challenges of the Green Transition: Third Workshop in Pisa
Last week the University of Pisa hosted the third edition of the workshop Macroeconomic Challenges of the Green Transition (11–12 September). Over two days, researchers and scholars discussed how the green transition connects with major macroeconomic topics, from labour markets and economic growth to inflation and income distribution.
We were pleased to welcome Andrew Jackson (University of Surrey), Romain Svartzman (Università Bocconi), and Lilia Caiado Couto (Open Society Foundations), whose contributions brought valuable and diverse perspectives to the discussion.
The event was organised by the Ecohesion Research Group with the support of the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Pisa and the EU Horizon Europe project MAPS (Models, Assessment, and Policies for Sustainability).
A warm thank-you to all colleagues, speakers, and participants who made these two days such a rich occasion for exchange and collaboration
